Pub gathering, Hartford, Huntingdon 10 August
We'll gather for a drink and chat with fellow Liberal Democrats at 20.00 in the Barley Mow, 42 Main St, Hartford, Huntingdon PE29 1XU, on Monday 10 August
(normally these gatherings are at 1930, so this is later than usual: which might help people wanting to arrive early and eat at the Barley Mow)
We run regular events throughout the year, both online and in person.
Events range from socials, debates, discussions, and our annual BBQ!
Recent discussions around policy have looked at:
- the Greater Cambridge Partnership's proposals for transport in Cambridgeshire (Sarah Conboy)
- factors affecting success for young people in education (Peter Downes)
- smart motorways (James Catmur)
- where we are in the light of Brexit — and the prospects for rejoining the EU (Mark Argent).
Recent speakers at our annual dinner include Lucy Nethsingha and Norman Lamb.
